Following on from the success of last year’s photography competition, we are pleased to announce the launch of our fifth annual competition. This year the theme is “Nature as part of our village life” - pictures which exemplify the rural nature of our village community.

Thirteen winning photographs will be chosen to appear in the Histon & Impington Green Spaces 2027 Calendar and one of those will be selected by the community to feature on the cover page. The calendar will be available for sale online and at the several outlets later in the year after the competition has been judged and calendars printed.

The competition will close on the 31st July 2026 and will be judged anonymously. The names of the judges will be published in due course.

• All proceeds will go to Histon & Impington Green Spaces, the charity which supports Abbey Fields for the community.

We received some fantastic photographs last year and sold several hundred calendars, so we are hoping for an even more popular and successful competition this time.
