David Jenkins - chair of the panel

David has been a County Councillor, a parish councillor for H&I and a trustee at the Eastern Learning Alliance (the academy trust which runs IVC). A keen amateur photographer for many years he is currently a trustee of Abbey Fields. You can see examples of David's photography here.

Paul Ashley

Paul is an Associate of the Royal Photographic Society (ARPS) and editor of the RPS Contemporary Photography Journal. A long time amateur photographer he has judged competitions before including for the global CIWEM* Environmental Photographer of the Year competition and for Fen Ditton Garden Show.

Bruce Liggitt

A Senior International Casework Officer at the RSPB and previously the Africa Programme Coordinator at Fauna & Flora International based in Cambridge where amongst many other roles he was gatekeeper for the International Gorilla Conservation Programme. A keen amateur wildlife and nature photographer for many years he is also a member of the Cambridge Conservation Initiative and the Ely Photographic Club.

Neel Sureja

A zoologist and volunteer wildlife photographer for the RSPB. Neel is currently studying for a Masters at Anglia Ruskin in Applied Wildlife Conservation. He has been highly ranked in several photography competitions including taking 6th place in the Wildlife & Nature category of the Young Photographer of the Year Awards 2018 and runner-up in Urban Wildlife Outback Photography Competition 2021. He has been involved in Abbey Fields before and has helped put up some of the nest boxes on Croft Close Set-aside.
