A Night in the Life of a Badger talk by Peter Pilbeam

  • Cambridge Music Centre (old Infant School) New School Road, Histon, CB24 9LL (map)

Instantly recognisable but rarely seen. Who would not want to learn more about the life of the badger especially since we have them living close by.

Peter, a leading light in the Cambridgeshire Mammal Group, will tell us all about the life of a badger from when it 'gets up' in the evening to when it settles for its night - back home in the sett (or elsewhere) - in the early morning. Learn about badger family life, what they eat, how long they live and more fascinating facts.

The talk will also cover signs of badger activity – what you can look out for. (You do not need to have a night camera!)

  • Doors open at 7pm with the presentation to start at 7:30pm.

  • Tickets for the event are available in advance here or on the door on the night.

    • Adults - £5

    • Under 18s - £3

  • There will be a raffle on the night.

All proceeds will go to Histon & Impington Green Spaces charity number 1195616.
