Young Persons Photography Competition 2023
Nature in Miniature
Our first ever photography competition for young photographers, on the theme of Nature in Miniature taken in or around Histon & Impington, is now closed. The winning and runners-up photographs can be seen here.
Thanks to all who took part and to all those who visited the Abbey Fields stall on the green at the prize-giving ceremony on October 6th.
The competition was open to anyone up to and including the age of 16 (on 17 September 2023) in the following two categories:
Up to and including the age of 12 years
Ages 13 to 16
Permission to enter was needed from a parent or guardian. By submitting an entry for the competition, the parent or guardian is deemed to have given such consent and to agree to the use of the entry as described in these terms and conditions.
All proceeds will go to Histon & Impington Green Spaces, the charity which supports Abbey Fields for the community.
Prizes of £50 were awarded for the winning photograph for each of the two age categories. from each of the two age categories. The prizes have been very kindly provided by Histon Village Fryer and LSPB.
The competition closed on September 17th 2023.
