Help us clear the vegetation

We have a work party coming up to clear some more vegetation at Croft Close Set-Aside on Saturday 5th March. This is in the afternoon, from 14:00 to 16:00 but may go on until 17:00 for those who wish to keep going.

Meet at the end of Croft Close CB24 9HU.

Chris Thompson and Jon Pavey will lead this. We will be cutting back vegetation which has grown up this past year, to improve habitats and to tackle patches which need a bit of control!

Please wear stout footwear (it is very muddy!) and bring suitable, thorn-resistant clothing and gloves. Bring your own water bottle and please dress for the weather.

Bring you own loppers, secateurs and shears if you can. Training will be given if required.

Please do not bring children under 5 years old or dogs. We will be cutting thorny branches. Children between 5 years and 16 must be supervised by an adult.
